Crushing & Screening
Mysol Holdings delivers engineered crushing and screening solutions for Run-of-Mine (ROM) ore, designed to achieve high throughput, controlled size reduction, and consistent product specifications. Our operations are configured to support continuous opencast mining production while optimising downstream handling and processing efficiency.
Our crushing circuits incorporate high-capacity primary and secondary crushers, including jaw crushers and cone crushers, selected to suit ore hardness, feed size distribution, and required production rates. Typical operating throughputs are engineered to align with site-specific production targets, with systems capable of handling high-volume ROM feed under variable conditions.
Screening systems are designed around multi-deck vibrating screens with defined cut sizes to achieve precise material separation. Screen apertures are selected to control oversize, intermediate, and fines fractions, ensuring consistent product sizing and minimising recirculation loads. Cut sizes are optimised to balance fragmentation characteristics with loading, hauling, and plant efficiency requirements.
Mysol applies disciplined process control across all crushing and screening operations, including controlled feed rates, choke-fed crushing where applicable, and continuous monitoring of plant performance. Preventative maintenance strategies and condition-based monitoring are implemented to maximise equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and sustain high utilisation levels.
Through integrated design, controlled throughput, and precise screening performance, Mysol Holdings delivers stable, high-efficiency ROM crushing and screening operations that support predictable production, reduced operating costs, and improved overall mining performance.
