MySol Holdings and Logistics was established in 2018 with a focused mandate to drive meaningful economic empowerment in communities surrounding mining operations. The company was founded on the principle that mining should create lasting value beyond extraction, ensuring that economic benefits reach local communities in a tangible and sustainable manner.

Growth

Since its formation, MySol Holdings and Logistics has demonstrated strong and consistent growth in mining capability and operational scale. At inception, the company operated with approximately 38 employees. By 2025, the workforce had expanded to an estimated 2,500 employees, reflecting the rapid growth of its mining operations and project footprint. This growth has been underpinned by increasing operational complexity, multi-site deployment, and the ability to manage multiple mining contracts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

Operational Capacity

MySol Holdings and Logistics has transitioned from reliance on hired equipment in its early years to operating with approximately 95% ownership of its active mining fleet. This strategic shift has enhanced operational control, reliability, and cost efficiency across all sites. The company’s owned fleet includes drilling rigs, front-end loaders, excavators, articulated dump trucks (ADTs), and associated support equipment, all actively deployed across operational projects. This fleet strength supports large-scale opencast mining activities and enables MySol to deliver consistent production outcomes. Production capacity has grown from approximately 50,000 tons of chrome ore per month at formation to up to 450,000 tons per month by 2025, depending on operational scope and site conditions. MySol has accumulated experience across eight distinct mining operations, demonstrating its ability to scale and sustain high-volume production.
